General labor for drywall, demolition and paint help wanted

Looking for help in my home to finish up some drywall, paint and demolition. Must live in Tacoma, have good personal hygiene( I can't have people making my home smell like a bum because it takes weeks for the smell to go away), and have own transportation to and from my house.
