NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY/WILL TRAIN ON THE JOB BASIC REQUIREMENTS • Be on time and ready to work • Be comfortable working off of scaffolding/lifts • Able to lift objects up to 100 pounds • Basic coordination skills • Basic construction skills • Have the ability to use general and battery-operated hand tools • Have the desire to learn • Be detail-oriented • Focused on quality workmanship and esthetics ADVANCED REQUIREMENTS • An overall understanding of audio/visual system design • Ownership of tools associated with the audio/visual industry • A comprehensive understanding of cable support systems and how they are installed • Complete knowledge of labeling and wire pulling techniques • The ability to build and/or assemble both manufactured as well as custom fabricated bracketry • An overall understanding of flyware and suspension techniques • The ability to perform all types of cable terminations, both crimp and soldered
