Overview: We are seeking a multi-craft maintenance technician with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills to provide maintenance support for a large apartment complex. Job Requirements: A maintenance technician is needed for facilities/property management. General plumbing, mechanical, light carpentry and electrical skills are preferred with hands-on experience. Experience installing appliances with some electrical, general cleaning, painting, repairs and other ad hoc duties including: grounds keeping Work Schedule: 8-5pm, Monday - Friday
