Solid Deck/Remodeling Carpenters=Solid Pay

I have several on-going projects and several more coming up. I am only interested in Carpenter's with at least a medium level of Construction and Carpentry Experience and who Show up without any excuses. IF YOU DRIVE YOUR WIFE'S CAR, OR HAVE A BAD BACK, OR YOU GET FLAT TIRES ON A WEEKLY BASIS PLEASE DON'T WASTE MY TIME. I HAVE HEARD IT ALL BEFORE. All of that being said, I will pay CASH and an above average Hourly Rate to those that SAY WHAT THEY DO AND DO WHAT THEY SAY. I AM DOING MY BEST TO WEED OUT THE BS ARTISTS AND THE "WANNA BEE'S HERE". Now assuming I have done that, please reply with: Your years in the construction/carpentry field Strengths-Expertise What Tools you own Do you own a RELIABLE Vehicle? Yes or No? I need a few solid guys who can read a basic plan, and frame a deck, or a porch or a pergola. Or who canal out and build stairs, or railings without any supervision. I will provide the plans, the materials, and the Cash. (Cash will be paid for the first few projects) If you are interested in being a Carpenter's Helper we need them too, but you will need basic hand tools and be able to read a tape, and do basic construction Tasks, like move a pile of lumber, or dig several footers in a day. The hourly rate will depend on your experience and what tools you bring to the job. Please include what area you are in and what your availability is in your reply.
