We are looking for someone to help with general repairs in our growing real estate business (14+ rental properties). This person will be working with our long-time contractor / handyman and also be working on their own. Please respond with your experience and skills if ALL of these are true: You like to work with your hands You respond promptly and clearly to texts and phone calls Have a reliable vehicle and tools You do your research when making repairs so that you do your best You are open to feedback and assisting a more experienced contractor You are honest and have references who can give examples of how trustworthy you are You communicate immediately when you realize you are unable to complete a project You like to work with other contractors and property managers You like to help people be happy in their homes
