VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO CALL COPS EVERY TIME LOSERS WITH their brains smaller than their gonads have audacity to disturb neighbors, puppies, pollute the air and beach and of course not pay attention to city ordinance. a citation not good enough., a few days behind the metal rods, with little window to peep outside then they just, just may learn,. TRASH!!! HAVE NO USE FOR THESE PEOPLE.
