We are looking for a motivated helper for fence installation. Will be doing highly physical work load 9/10hrs daily. Must be able to consistently lift over 100lbs. Job duties include digging holes,, mixing concrete, loading and unloading trucks with materials and demo. Experience is not necessary but is a plus. Ultimately we are looking for some one motivated who wants to work hard and improve in a new field. We are hiring a helper looking to build the right person into an installer. This can also be a good fit for college student looking for a couple months of hard work and wanting to learn new skills. If your just looking to show up and go through the motions to get paid this is not the position for you. This is a very physically demanding job.. we pay based on productivity and as you start learning the job and showing us you can do more on your own/ working faster and more productively, we are happy to pay more. We work 45+ hours week. Overtime paid time and half. Paid weekly with direct deposit. Please reply with a short explanation of why you would be a good fit for this position.
