I am looking for an assistant that can go out to homes/properties and take pictures. Someone that can also run errands and put lock boxes on or off properties Must be able to communicate well and be professional if meeting with others at site. Be flexible with scheduling and if familiar with rehabs/repairs is a plus. I am in real estate and need boots on the ground. Pictures can be taken with cell phone, then sent to me to review. This gig is not daily, but on call and will be paid by the job when completed.
