nanny needed while mom's at boot camp

Hello There! I'm seeking a nanny for when I ship out to boot camp in October for a little over 4 months. I have a full in-law available (bathroom, kitchen, private entrance, etc) which I would prefer be utilized as their dad leaves very early in the morning for work, but am open on that point if you happen to live very close by. Would be required to bring kids to and pickup from school, make sure they eat well, cook (including fish - for some reason this seems to be objectionable to some), light housework, occasionally help with bedtime. Weekends would pretty much be yours, as would evenings (with a few exceptions). I'd also really love for this person to essentially become a part of the family and be the go-to for if/when I get activated in the future, but obviously with the unpredictability of that, I understand it may not be possible. Must have experience with teens, be high-energy, fun, responsible, caring and also not afraid to put your foot down when need be. Having some skill or experience with teaching/ADHD/mental health and/or music would be a HUGE plus (and a potential boost in pay), but obviously not required.
