Light duty cleaning at small walk-in health clinics around the downtown Portland area. Each location will take approximately 30-40 mins to clean. All facilities will be closed when you are servicing. This is a great opportunity for a couple or team who work together and are looking to expand. All cleaning chemicals/supplies will be provided. Weekly Schedule: Mon - Start after 7pm (6 locations) Tues - Start anytime after 7pm (8 locations) Wed - Start anytime after 7pm (6 locations) Thurs - Start anytime after 7pm (8 locations) Fri: - Start anytime after 7pm (6 locations) Sat - Start after 11:50pm/midnight (2 locations) Sun - Start after 7pm (8 locations) $5,500/month 1099 Independent contractor Job Requirements: - EXTREMELY dependable - Reliable transportation - Must have commercial cleaning experience - Great work ethic and attention to detail - Stable work history - Able to work alone with minimal supervision - Valid driver's license - No criminal history - Smartphone - Seeking a long term opportunity **PLEASE REPLY WITH YOUR WORK HISTORY or RESUME Job Type: Independent Contractor Paid twice monthly
