Hello! We are Angie & Andy. My husband and I are in our late 40s-early 50s. We are looking for some land to rent (flat and shady) to build an off-grid tiny home on a 16' trailer. We will be tent camping during the build with a work van and pickup truck. We would like to rent the space for at least 6 months, possibly longer, while we are looking for our own land to buy in the area. We don't really need water, power or sewer - although water would be an awesome bonus. We are quiet and will operate a generator to build only during regular daily working hours. My husband is originally from the U.K. and a retired General Contractor. He is open to doing work trade. I am a writer, crafter and serious nature lover. We are good people with very positive energy.
