Tan and white dog seen

Beaverton on 141st about 3 blocks from Allen walking toward Allen about 9am. Looks like maybe a Rat Terrier, 25lbs or so. Mostly white. Had a collar with silver tag I think. I happened to pull over near a yard with a lot of barking dogs so it wouldn’t come to me. Couldn’t catch. :(
