FOUND 6-8 week old kitten

One of my cats brought home a kitten with him yesterday, he looks to be about 6-8 weeks old with light siamese coloration & blue eyes. Very friendly & docile, but seems to have been out for at least a few days because he had some tree sap stuck between his toes. Very healthy looking & no fleas, & seems to be box-trained as he has been using my cats boxes reliably & has had no accidents yet, which leads me to believe he is not feral, however he does look very similar to the feral cats in the area, so I'm not ruling it out. I'd like to reunite him with his human if he is lost!
