We're looking for someone who is a team-player, takes pride in their work and has good work ethic, is customer service oriented, can show up on time daily and has a positive attitude! The ideal candidate will be familiar with manufactured homes and duties will include but are not limited to... sheetrock/mud work, paint install trim minor electrical repairs (replacing light fixtures, receptacles, install ceiling fans, etc.) install/replace faucets, outside spigots, toilets, etc. water line/sewer line repairs & installations replace windows & doors landscape, mow, weed eat, trimming, brush haul cleanouts troubleshoot Please include a resume with response.
