Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation: This is an hourly W-2 position, pay is commensurate with experience. • Benefits: Health insurance (after 6 months), paid holidays, paid vacation. Goals & Objectives of the Position: • Complete excavation and grading jobs efficiently with or without owner or team leader present. • Proactively plan and communicate job status and anything that comes up that could delay work. • Safely operate company vehicles and equipment while maintaining a clean image. • Maintain paperwork accurately and turn in punctually. • Work with I.N.T.E.G.R.I.T.Y. Employment Requirements: Prior work experience: Verifiable 5+ years’ experience Certificates & licenses: Valid driver license required. Class A driver license preferred but not required. Skill requirements: • Operate excavator, dozer, skid steer, move equipment, read blueprints and layout while communicating with all who are involved. • Ability to operate dump truck preferred but not required. Physical requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. Misc. requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must have the ability to pass pre-employment and random drug-testing. • Must be authorized to work in the US. • Must have reliable transportation to/from job sites daily. • Must be willing to work overtime as needed. • Must be willing to work in inclement weather when necessary as long as tasks can be safely completed. Working Conditions: • Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, M-F, with occasional Saturdays and a potential for early mornings or late evenings • Office/Shop Location: Chattanooga, TN • Job Type: Full-time
