We have plenty of construction work and are looking to fill out a crew. We are looking for self motivated individuals who constantly seek to acquire more skill. Team attitude is a must. If you have some skill(s) and are ready to focus and work, reply to our ad! Good candidates will have an understanding that critical feedback and communication are part of our process of growth. Reliable crew can complete tasks individually and/or with a team. Looking for folks with the attitude to do more than the bare minimum, and that need a ‘playground’ to hone their skills at. Transportation in town is a must. Hand tools/bags are helpful but not necessary. Interested in people who have multiple remodel construction skills: Painting drywall carpentry finish work floor install tile general troubleshooting etc We are looking for individuals who: -Want to pay attention and learn -Show up on time daily and deliver a full days effort. -Want to be part of a team -Want opportunity -Want to build something This is a strong opportunity to grow, we are willing to take people with less experience or who still need to be licensed if they are able to fit our work ethic.
