POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: We are seeking entry to mid-level laborers who are motivated and willing to learn demolition and high tech cleaning in medical facilities. In this position, you will be expected to travel with a crew of guys in our F250 trucks to each job site as scheduled. The company provides daily meals, accommodations and necessities while on the road. While working full-time, you can expect to travel to out of state jobs for 6-8 days at a time. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Basic knowledge and use of power tools Mold remediation knowledge a plus but we are willing to train Demolition experience preferred Working skills in carpentry, demolition or a related trade a big plus The ability to lift 50-75 lbs Ability to drive F-250 crew cab with 8' bed & box trucks Ability to travel overnight/out-of-state for 6-8 days at a time REQUIREMENTS: Valid Driver’s License The ability to work nights and weekends The ability to travel for out of state jobs Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to work well with others PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This is a physically demanding job that requires good, physical health. While performing the duties of this job, a Technician/Laborer is regularly required to walk, stand, lift heavy objects, sit and drive. Must be comfortable wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) including respirator, goggles, full suit, gloves, etc. Must be able to work in tight spaces and enclosed containments. Part-time and Full-time positions available.
