Short South Realty Group is looking to hire a full-time experienced maintenance technician to start as soon as possible. Full-time hours consist of Monday-Friday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm and options to work weekends (overtime) or on call. The main locations are in the city of Grand Rapids, but you may service the surrounding locations of Grand Rapids, Rockford, Kalamazoo, Holland, and Lansing areas as well. Pay Wage is $20+/hour with a $500 Sign-On Bonus. The job date can start immediately. You would be working indoors and outdoors throughout the year along the side of other technicians. Looking for someone who has their own tools, reliable truck/work van, and has prior experience with light electrical, light plumbing, painting, repairs, and anything in-between those jobs.
