Euro-Tech Inc. has an immediate opening for Sales Representatives NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - WE OFFER PAID TRAINING Currently Offering Draws up to $1500 per week Car Allowance/Mileage Reimbursement Weekend Bonus/Monthly Bonus Best Pre-Qualified Leads Available $45,000 to 90,000 per year within the first 2 years This position includes outside sales to existing and non-existing customers, relationship development and account management. Euro-Tech has been in the exterior home improvement industry for over 28 years. We are rated A+ with the BBB with over 37,000 installation since 1992. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not necessary. If a candidate qualifies, they are compensated during training. All appointments are provided. No cold calls or marketing required! We are looking for outgoing, trainable, self managed, and money motivated individuals. Sale Representatives Position No prospecting, nor strategy planning needed. All prospecting customers acquisition is done for the representative. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of the company. This position entails the responsibility of increasing revenue through outside sales activities. The Outside Sales Representative is the primary external representative of our organization and must convey a sense of expertise in our products, services, and capabilities while serving as a key educator to our clients and prospects. This position requires a high level of discipline, tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. This position demands an individual who is a High Achiever & Top Producer, and in return, it offers Excellent Earning Potential for that individual. Responsibilities: Presenting: Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs. Investigates and resolves customer’s problems / challenges / concerns / objections. Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager You are responsible for supporting the company mission, vision and values. Qualifications: GED or HS Diploma required Outside sales / B2C experience preferred, but not necessary Networking and business development skills Strong communication skills Assertive and positive attitude Professional appearance High energy and a desire to grow within our company A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Must own a cell phone We are growing rapidly in the Milwaukee region.
