Handyman needed for dormer re-siding project in Apex

Hello, my name is Ric and I live in the Lynnhaven development in Apex, off 10-10 Road. I am looking to get some price quotes for some dormer residing work I need done on my house. I have (5) dormers, (4) of which that need to be resided (Hardiplank), the stripping replaced around some of the windows and the dormer edging replaced. The siding on the dormer fronts are fine and will not need replacing. Please refer to the photos. Each dormer side has (9) boards that go from a tiny triangle up to the to. (1) of the dormers does not need to be re-sided at all. It was already done a year ago. There is also some dormer edging replacement and some window edging replacement necessary. I do have a more detailed job breakdown sheet that I would be glad to send to any interested contractor via email or you are welcome to swing by and take a look in person by appointment. We can discuss if I will supply the boards (HardiPlank HZ10 5/16” X 8.25”) or you, as they will need to be pre-painted. I will also gratefully accept quotes with you supplying the material. I even have an un-opened can of siding paint for you. You will need to supply labor as well as whatever fasteners (nails, adhesive) and sealing that you think necessary. Pricing is a consideration as well as references. Since this work is being done from the roof, proof of insurance will be necessary for everybody’s protection. Thanks! Ric Goldstein
