I'm currently fostering the sweetest girl named Callie. Callie is a beautiful long hair kitty around 5 years old, loves snuggling, and making biscuits. She literally won't leave my side when I lay on the couch in her foster room. She also enjoys the occasional cat nip toy. Callie deserves the best and it breaks my heart that she hasn't found her furever home in about 8 months. Callie is a lover, but she needs a patient adopter. You see Callie is very shy and scared at first, having spent alot of days and nights outside. Over the months, Callie and I have built a relationship and she very much trusts me. I've blocked off her hiding spots, and created safe spaces with cat huts for her to retreat to. She warms up quickly and will just sit by your side and take all the love and pets in. Even rolling on her back for belly rubs and brushes. I spend time napping in her little foster room and she never leaves my side. I previously owned a cat just like Callie and I was very patient with her. That cat, named Diva (lol very fitting), turned out to be one of the most loving kitties I've met. To this day she still holds a special place in my heart. Callie is the same way. She needs someone that she can build trust with. I would love for you to also meet with her if you or anyone you know is interested. We think she would be best in a calmer household where the owner is home more than not.
