Job Details; - $18.00/HR Starting Pay! - Full Time, Permanent Opportunity! - Orlando, FL 32812 and another location in Ocoee 34761 with milage reimbursement. Schedule Details; - Monday - Friday – With Some Weekends require! - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Must be able to work some weekends! Job Duties; - Repairs involving HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. - Performing preventative maintenance such as HVAC, pool pumps and General Building Maintenance. - Resets, replaces breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures including switches & sockets. Job Requirements; - Must have 2 years of working knowledge & experience! - Experienced in HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing! - Training and skill in hand and power tools!
