Position Summary: Responsible for receiving operation within a warehouse operation. Associate will interact with drivers bringing loads into facility and warehouse associates on unloading materials. Pay Rate: $16.17 an HR Receiving clerk handling arrival of inbound parts to warehouse operation 3rd Shift 10:30pm -7am.Sunday Night- Friday Morning Sign On Bonus: $1,500 - Paid in three increments $500 after 31 days $500 after 61 days $500 after 91 days Major Responsibilities: • Various office and administrative duties, which may include handling accounts payable/receivable and collections, payroll, office supplies, billing, maintaining database and miscellaneous reporting • Entering information from packing slips and bill of ladings into a warehouse management system • Working with yard drivers on where to place inbound trailers • Involve Safety team as required by location • Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements • Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential • Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor   Qualifications: • 2 years of general office experience required • 1 year of customer service experience required • High School diploma or equivalent required • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required • AS400 experience preferred • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.   Physical Requirements: -The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
