PrimeCo is seeking highly motivated Painters to join our expanding team throughout the various jobsites in all of Orange County. PrimeCo has its headquarters in Oceanside, CA. Our team performs a variety of repairs and remodeling for Homeowner Associations (Apartments, Condominiums, Townhomes) and the Commercial sector (shopping centers). PrimeCo specializes in wood inspection/replacement documentation, fabrication, welding, major stucco repair, composite material installation, siding repair/replacement, and deck repairing/ coating. Job Duties: •Clean walls by scraping, sanding, priming, and sealing surfaces •Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic •Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, or other fillers using calking guns or putty knives •Work on extension ladders up to 40 feet •Apply paint to surfaces including canvas, walls, floors, doors, and cabinets- mostly exterior of buildings •Paint with brushes, apply touch-ups and second coats; remove splatter marks •Clean all equipment including brushes and spray guns •Clean work area at the end of shift Minimum requirements: •Own Hand Tools (putty knife, scraper, masker, paint roller, etc.) •Must have reliable transportation •Lift/push/pull 75 lbs, climb up to 40 feet high •Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat •2 years experience (desired not required) of painting experience in construction, maintenance and repair procedures, and installation techniques Benefits: •Biweekly pay •Medical Insurance •Dental Insurance •Voluntary Life Insurance •401(k) Plan •Paid Sick Days ¡Hablamos Español!
