We are a family-owned licensed and insured contractor. Our work encompasses residential and commercial remodeling, demolition, additions, and new construction. Our work area is primarily in the Manatee and Sarasota Counties. This job is full time and attention to detail is a must. Good communication skills are required, as is a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and proof of ability to work in the US. We are looking for full time team members and are willing to pay W-2 or 1099. W-2 workers are paid every Friday and enjoy paid holidays and some vacation/sick time. 1099 subcontractors are paid every Friday, must furnish their hours by 3pm every Friday and must have their own insurance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Cabinet Installation (custom & modular) Trimwork – Custom (crown, bookcase/shelves, stairs, etc.) Trimwork – Basic (doors, casing, base, etc.) Framing – Wood & Metal Masonry – Footers, slabs etc. Drywall – Hang & Finish Painting Appliance Installation Demolition
