Crew Supervisor, Hillsborough/Pinellas Bay To Bay Property Maintenance is currently seeking a candidate to fill a Crew Supervisor position in our Tampa Branch. We are a commercial landscape maintenance and management company. Only serious applicants need to apply. Need exceptional service skills and a clean and valid driver's license. Experience Required: · Landscape Maintenance Supervisor experience: 3-5 years --- leading crews and projects · Valid driver’s license · 2 forms of ID Essential Job Functions · Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met · Listen to customer problems or concerns and develop and implement a repair plan · Proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed · Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies · Communicate regularly with employees to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded · Monitor and track services as specified on client sites · Work to identify more efficient ways to manage properties · Coordinate service execution with employees · Working with fellow Supervisors to help develop and train crew members · Monitor and track preventative maintenance on trucks and equipment and that it is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order. Knowledge of repair is a plus. · Must have reliable transportation to and from company headquarters. · Must be able to work a full day outside. · A clean, valid driving record required COMPENSATION: · Competitive Salary based on experience Apply today!
