We are looking for the right individual to help maintain our new/existing buildings as well as assist with renovations to our portfolio. This is a permanent position with great job security. The right applicant should have the following qualifications: Hard work ethic, (light) electrical knowledge, (light) plumbing knowledge, some construction/carpentry experience, be physically able to preform the job duties and have their own means of transportation. The starting salary will be dependent on an applicants qualifications/experience. Being a growing company, there is unlimited opportunity for advancement.
