Need Bi-Weekly Cleaning, Organizing, Plant Care on Cap Hill!

Jobs

Seattle WA

Description

Hello. I'm a normal person who works waaaay too much... Like 50-60 hours per week. I don't want to spend what little free time I have doing chores. I live in a quirky, unique, beautiful and way too big for me apartment on Capitol Hill, and am looking for someone to come over once every two weeks to clean/do chores for four hours at a time. I'm paying $100 UNTAXED HARD CASH!!! per 4 hour shift. All cleaning supplies will be provided, you just have to show up. Ideally I want someone who lives in Capitol Hill or somewhere easily connected by bus/light rail (I'm close to the station, and I don't have parking. I don't want to pay you to burn gas pushing thousands of pounds of metal around just to come help my unimportant ass). I'm pretty laid back and don't care if you drink/listen to music/smoke weed/whatever as long as you do a good job (No serious drug users though), 15 minute break included, flexibility to work your own hours. I need someone reliable. Also, I know this is craigslist, BUT NO WIERD SHIT (from me or you). Expected tasks: Cleaning, folding, organizing laundry Cleaning dishes (I have a dishwasher) Cleaning kitchen, living room, bathroom Sweeping and mopping hardwood floors Trash/junk removal, cleaning balcony BONUS POINTS IF YOU'RE GOOD WITH HOUSEPLANTS! (lots of plants that need tlc, light gardening available eventually) To start I'd be home until trust is built, then in the future I'd be okay with you cleaning while I'm gone. I work a professional public facing career and will give you all the info about myself for your own safety, and expect the same. I will never hit on you (boy, girl, or other) and have 0 tolerance for creeps. If this sounds like the job for you email me back. Include your favorite plant so I know you pay attention to detail. Let me know your availability, experience, neighborhood, and 2 character references.
