In search of an individual to assist with interior renovation projects. Looking for someone willing and able to tackle most tasks. Basic duties might include moving materials, cleaning, assisting with repair projects as your skills permit. Any interior remodeling skills are a plus. Can you repair trim, install faucet, change a light switch or fixture, repair drywall, paint touchup, help with demo, etc? If you have some basic skills and work experience, we can train the right person to grow. We do clean-up, fix-up type of work. Work available on an almost continuous basis, year round. We need a team player who is ready to step in immediately. Work locations are mainly North Metro to Downtown Atlanta, with occasional out-of-town projects. Looking for a person with a good attitude, and willing to do what is needed to get the job done. Please be specific about how you charge for your work, or pay expectations. Requirements: Be presentable at all times. Be ready to work. Bring your tools! Must be able to be at work as promised, and on time. Have reliable transportation, Must speak and understand English. Must be able to provide information for W-9 tax form. Preference will be given to those living in the North Metro Atlanta area.
