We are seeking an individual that is reliable, organized and experienced for a full-time maintenance position with our company. The individual will help maintain our properties located in/around the San Gabriel Valley and West Los Angeles. Job Duties: The candidate will be required to perform basic repair and maintenance tasks. These include but are not limited to: • Perform precautionary, current and anticipated maintenance at each property • Perform general plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other repair and maintenance tasks as needed • Work well independently and with a team • Maintain workstations at each property and take care of all tools and equipment • Comply and practice policies and safety procedures in compliance to local codes and regulations Job Requirements: • Valid Driver’s License • Fluent in English • Work authorization in US • Background check • Must have at least one year of maintenance experience • Credit Report Salary based on experience, range is $24-$28 per hour
