NOT A WEEKLY BLOW AND GO! General Contractor seeking a landscaper or team to work on our remodeling projects. We welcome all experience levels. It's a bonus if you have design experience! Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding our residential remodel projects. This is not a weekly maintenance job. You'll plant flowers, mow grass, pulls weeds, installs irrigation and all the usual and customary landscape installation tasks. You'll also be asked about what YOU think would work on the job, so bring your ideas and talent. Primary Responsibilities: Be proactive with design ideas! Install new landscaping or replace existing landscaping by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. Apply pesticide to rid grounds of pests such as mosquitos, wasps, ticks, and others. Apply fertilizer to the grounds to enhance growth. Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, fixing fountains, and other equipment required for landscape duties. Install, remove, trim and/or plant trees and shrubs using hand tools and typical lawn and garden tools. Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed. Install rock, cement, lighting, water features as called for in a design plan. Use a hand or riding mower and gas trimmers to finish and complete edging. Must be physically capable of standing, bending, stooping, lifting, carrying 50# on a regular basis and being able to work for 8 hours.
