Loving 18-month old Kitten need a new home

1 slightly older kitten looking for a new home. I rescued kittens. I have remaining one 18-month-old (estimated) female cat that will need a new home. The kitten was rescued and brought to me to be fostered, and I have cleaned her up and given them good anti-flea treatments. She has been fixed and in my care since she was a baby. She appears to be very healthy. It breaks my heart to rehome her, she is so loving that I am getting attached. There will be a rehoming fee. Shelters charge as much as $250 for kittens, but I think if someone were willing to promise to keep her indoors ONLY and NEVER declaw them, I would accept $175 for the 18-month old. I would go down further if someone can make a good showing of how loving a home they will provide. Its not about the money, its about keeping this project going. (Why is there a rehoming fee? It is to help cover the cost of caring for the kittens, including bathing and treating them for fleas with the premium products, as well as to ensure that anyone taking the kittens are serious about this lifelong investment. I am very particular about the quality of life I want for these cats.) They are friendly to other cats, but, as is normal, will need a few days to warm up to them. I would PREFER a home without dogs. One kitten I adopted not too long ago was sadly injured (critically) by a family dog at her new home. We were all very sad to lose her. I have documentation for the 18-month old. I would prefer a home that has another kitten, she is friendly and would love the company. However, this is not required. BUT, as long as she is loved, that is all that matters. We are in Woodbridge, will deliver as far as Aberdeen, Carteret, New Brunswick, and Parsippany, and all in between at no extra charge. Outside of that is negotiable. Thank you.
