We are a National Managed IT Services Company with markets in Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia, Orlando, and Miami. We are looking for 9 full time knowledgeable, skilled Tier 2 Service Desk Remote /Onsite Service Techs in Orlando with at least 3 years experience and skills with Windows O/S (Server 2012/2016/2019 and Windows 10/11 & Mac OSX 10+), Microsoft Office Suite 2016/2019/365 and QuickBooks 2019/2020/2021, Hardware, Network, Phone System Experience, Network / Phone Cabling Experience, Experience with RMM / PSA and Server troubleshooting experience, AD, VPN, Firewall, Hyper-V. We encourage IT degrees, but they are not required. We also recognize real world experience is very important as well as IT based certifications such as CompTia (A+, Network+, Security +) will be considered as well. All communication will be in English and all techs must communicate effectively in English. The techs we are looking for are impeccably professional in all aspects, at all times, from work ethic to appearance. Techs who are a match for our company are the ones who love all things technology and can’t imagine being involved in any other career.
