Beginning in 2006 strictly as a palm trimming service, Pure Life Palm and Tree Care has since evolved into this full-service model through its commitment to providing the highest quality customer service on Maui. Regular training, communication, safety, and respect for the environment are the cornerstones of the company's success. Our schedule: Monday - Friday Early morning to afternoon 6-10 hour days. Start times vary from as early as 4 - 8 am ending between 2 - 5 pm. We are centrally located at the Central Maui Baseyard and service all of Maui. What we are looking for: We are currently seeking a full time Ground Crew member & Climber. We are looking for a respectful person with ambition and desire to work hard and learn the industry. There is currently room for advancement based on experience, availability and desire. Ground Crew Requirements: The positions main role is the cleanup of palm and tree debris including heavy hauling, raking, bucketing & chipping as well as assisting climbers throughout each project. Requirements 1. Driver's license & Personal Transportation 3. Cell phone 4. Internet access for team scheduling & time clock 5. Be capable of lifting 75-100 lbs 6. Attention to detail 7. Be able to communicate well with others in a small team environment 8. Capable of reading and following instructions 9. Be able to maintain a high sense of awareness at all times working in a dangerous industry 10. Previous general labor experience with references
