Industrial/Commercial Real Estate Company (no residential) looking for a Super to start immediately. Located in Williamsburg Brooklyn but own and manage properties throughout Brooklyn and Queens. Monday-Friday 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Driver's License Required, but Company Van for use throughout the day is provided. Must have knowledge of handyman repairs i.e. roof repairs, minor plumbing, small electric, etc... Experience preferred. Reporting directly to the owners of the company.
