Handyman position available in Yonkers. Compensation starts at $15/hr (depending on experience). Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: •Inspect and prepare vacant apartments (Patch work, paint, rehab). •Respond to tenant repairs. •Clean and maintain building common areas on a regular basis •Place garbage out for pick up at the appropriate times and in the proper manner. •Keeps entrances, walkways and stairways clear of ice, snow and debris. •Maintains fresh paint on interior and exterior of the building. •Conducts regular preventative maintenance on items throughout the interior and exterior of the building. •Responds to emergency calls. Must have the ability to perform basic repairs in electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. • Must speak English, working knowledge of spanish a plus.
