Experienced Construction Van Driver Construction contractor looking for an experienced driver. Must have at least 5 years van driving experience, must have a clean driving record and knowledge of all 5 boroughs, including Long Island & NJ. Must be a responsible driver to drive company van for pick-ups and deliveries. Must be able to lift heavy boxes/objects. This is a full-time position with. Must have background in general construction. Candidate should have full understanding of punctuality, be able to follow direction and maintain a professional appearance. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus! Immediate Position. Only serious applicants apply! Qualified candidates will be called in for an interview. Responsibilities: Duties will include moving material from construction material suppliers to job sites, cleaning workspace areas, and organizing inventory. You will be responsible for making sure deliveries are made on time and communicated with the onsite staff. A strong sense of workplace cleanliness and great organizational skills required. Potential hirees must also be able to problem-solve and supply solutions to issues as they arise in the field.
