Hi There, As boring as it is, I’m simply just looking for some like minded people who are up for getting together, playing some music, figuring it out and seeing what happens. I’ve got a handful of songs written but if you have a whole songbook of ideas you want to flesh out I’m totally for (and prefer) it! If you’re also just a musician also looking to start a collaborative project up and don’t necessarily write, sounds good to me as well. I’ll be straight with everyone. I’m 31 years old with a full time job so though I’m down for meeting up a few times a week and playing as many shows in the area as possible, chances are I won’t be “hitting the road” and “going for it.” Down to record, down to write together, down for pretty much everything else. Let’s see what happens. The stuff I’ve been writing I’d say falls along the lines of: Yo La Tengo, GBV, Malkmus, Grandaddy kind of vibes. I’m also into stuff along the lines of: Kurt Vile, Cass McCombs, Woods, Amen Dunes, Psychic Ills, etc. Also down to make something really fucking noisy and disjointed. Love Husker Du, Wipers, Mission of Burma, Delta 5, Swell Maps, The Raincoats, etc. I have a pretty wide taste.
