Part time lawn maintenance/groundskeeper wanted

I have a 2 acre lot in English Turn, I need someone to cut grass, pull weeds, trim bushes, tend to flower beds all outdoor upkeep, wash my cars, pool maintenance, pressure cleaning, handy man work, odd jobs depending on what needs done. I have been through many yard companies and decided that I can just buy my own equipment and pay someone hourly working directly for me. Looking to pay $15 plus an hour depending on qualifications. I should have roughly 10 to 15 hours a week of lawn maintenance. I would really like to find someone that can do some light construction and plumbing. I own many rental properties and I spend a lot on construction, plumbing, AC work….. ideally I would like to find the right person that can do everything. If that were the case I could probably find enough work to make this full time.
