Purpose: The primary job duty of a Decal Installer will be installing Decal graphics and signs on different surfaces. Ensuring that our client’s needs are a top priority. Duties/Responsibilities: • Read and follow work order instructions/ directions before beginning work. Call Install manager or site contact if any problems arise. • Return all completed work orders signed and with job photos to Install management team after each shift • Wear all required personal protective equipment on jobsites. • Always maintain proper dress code in full AAA uniform. • Preparation and installation of graphics on various surfaces. • Must be comfortable to work from heights on ladders, scissor lifts or boom lifts. • Prepare surfaces for decal graphics installation. Removal of decal graphics and adhesive from a variety of surfaces without causing damage to the surface. • Install signs and banners on walls and windows on commercial properties. • Use a knife to precisely cut decal at seams, windows, hinges, and door handles • Performs quality assurance measures post-production. • Works on a variety of different projects. • Establishes and maintains effective team relationships. • Operate tools as necessary (drill, heat torch, etc.) • Must be able to work off-site unsupervised. • Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and a great attitude. • Punctual and Reliable. • Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings and/or weekends. • Able to stand for long periods. • Ability to travel if needed. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record. Knowledge: - Ability to accurately measure and place graphics before installation. - Ability to work with your hands - Ability to logically solve problems with limited supervision. - Ability to complete multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. - Basic tool knowledge. - Strong time management skills & ability to work under tight deadlines.
