Yoga in the Park
Tune in to the sights and sounds of nature to release stress through guided yoga sequences, designed to improve balance, flexibility, breathing and awareness.
Suitable for all levels.
Participants should plan to arrive 10 minutes early. Bring your yoga mat, water and a smile!

Directions:
I-480…FROM THE EAST OR WEST
exit at Broadway Ave. (Rt. 14)
turn right (northwest) on Broadway Ave.
Garfield Park Reservation entrance is on the left.
For Red Oak Picnic Area:
turn left on Mill Creek Lane, pass Garfield Park Nature Center on the left and continue
up the hill to Red Oak Picnic Area
