11 AM -2 PM - BBQ Lunch, Car Show, Booths 3 PM- 9 PM - Food Trucks, Concert, National Night Out with Midlothian Police Dept Community Booths on F: Use Day Map for referenceEach booth will provide a fun "carnival" game for entertainment and engagementOrganization will bring tables, chairs, and canopy for their 10'x10' boothBooths will begin breakdown at 2:00 PM and all tables, chairs, canopies, and trash will be cleared by 3:00 PMVehicles will not be permitted inside festival grounds. Please check in with police at gate on North side of 7th Street to access parking lot next to restrooms if you need to load furniture/equipment.Food Trucks: Use Night Map for referenceNo two food trucks will be permitted to offer the same menu items. Submit your preferred menu on application. You will be contacted if adjustments are neededTrucks to enter at Intersection of 8th St and Ave E at 2:30 PM (No early admittance due to car show and other space needs prior to 2:30 PM) Spaces are first come first serveAll trucks enter from the same spot, will be guided to available spaceDriver's side openings will park on Right side of street, Passenger side openings will park on Left side of streetWhisper quiet generators preferredExtra vehicles will not be permitted inside the festival grounds after 3:00 PM. Please place trailer and immediately move trucks from festival grounds for the safety of our guests.Trailers arriving after 3:00 PM will be turned away without refund for the safety of our guests.
