Our team invests in local real estate by buying properties that are in bad shape, or have been on the market for a while (90 days+) and are proving hard to sell. In an effort to locate these types of properties, our firm has decided to team up with people in the local area. This is how it would work: 1. You would go to our website and create a house hunter account 2. Then, all you would need to do is take pictures of houses in and around the area and submit them to us through our app, and that will link that house into your house hunter account – meaning that no other house hunter can submit that house to us for consideration 3. If our team reviews the house and decides to invest, then you would be compensated for helping us locate that investment property PLEASE NOTE: You are free to submit properties that you find both on and offline, and the property can be located anywhere in Massachusetts. HOW DOES COMPENSATION WORK 1. You will be paid a set commission of $750 per house accepted by our team 2. You will be paid for a 40 hour work week at $20 per hour for the week in which you located the house, regardless of whether it took you the entire 40 hours or not to find the house that week PLEASE NOTE: This means that compensation is directly tied to whether our team decides to invest in the property that you submitted to us.
