Smoke shop, liquor store, fitness center, jimmy jons,, Chinese restaurant, massage parlor right next door in same building and shell gas station in our big parking across from us. Pleanty of cuts and people coming around. 7 new booths available. Very busy barbershop opened 8 months ago and liscense can be accuired if wanted/needed. $180 a week boothrent or 60/40 percentage on all cuts made.
