About Hand Held Kitchen "After graduating from college in the middle of 2020, a very uncertain year for us all, we decided that there was no better time to pursue our passions and open a food truck. We choose to serve sandwiches because there’s an option for everybody. More importantly it gives us an opportunity to showcase the local ingredients of our community. With Nate’s experience in restaurants over the years and Charlie’s baking expertise we are able to create a fresh and home-style sandwich that you can’t find anywhere else."
