Need help replacing stair railing, newels, and balusters

Hi, I need a carpenter or someone who is a pro at installing newels, handrails, and balusters. I am looking for someone to that is willing to work with me and help me get started. I would do this myself, but I am running out of time, and I don't have time to spend trying to figure out how to do it right. I have already removed almost everything, just a couple of newels left. If I can prepare anything else ahead of time, let me know. There are about 100 balusters, 12 newels, and about 100ft of handrails. Give me a call or send me a text, whatever works for you. If I don't answer, please a voicemail. We can work out how you want to be paid, by the hour or by the day... I can pay at the end of each day or however you want, no worries. I am pretty flexible.
