please i need to rehome her

This is Billie. She's a Dachshund mix and is 5 years old. When we got her from the shelter, they said she was hit by a car and recently had to rehabilitate her leg. She’s fully healed up now and has been running around just fine. She's a very friendly dog once her trust is earned but she seems to have trouble with having multiple people/animals in a household. She's known to be possessive over the person she's bonded with. She doesn’t like me but she loves my partner. She resource guards when her food is in her kennel along with any stuffed animals. She does have fear aggression as well so she’ll need space during stressful times. She can be a very good dog for someone who is alone and is able to be patient enough to gain her trust. She is microchipped, spayed, and has her up to date vaccinations and rabies shot. I can’t keep her because we don’t get along and despite what I try, she doesn’t budge.
