Shop Vac a house & Mow a lawn

I need one person with a shop vac (preferably with a hepa filter) and a willingness to vac up some rodent dropping along with other dirt/crud in various rooms at a vacant home & do a quick mow of the yard. It's a medium sized lawn. Time would be this Sunday (7/18) - we'd meet at the home at about 1:30 PM. I'm can pay on the spot with a business check. I am offering $200 -- the work will take 2 hours MAX. You must bring gloves and a mask to protect yourself while vacuuming. I won't let you work unless you have proper cleaning protection. We'll be taking extra by wetting down areas with cleaners before vacuuming and keeping doors/windows open while we work. Sorry - there are no working bathrooms or running water so please plan ahead.
