We made an appointment to go get my husband’s passport for Tom at 11:45am. I’ve been trying to rent a car to get to Portland Oregon /consulate. There’s no car’s avail. I need to find someone with a personal car that will rent us thier personal car. And in a hurry. What a nightmare this has been. Please can you help ? We are both licensed and insured. Please help me by renting me your car ….
