You'll get to tour several exclusive properties available only to the PIN Network and gain valuable insight into the investment process. PIN is actively trying to create solutions for the problems our community is facing. This Bus Tour our organization is partnering with Friends For Life, where Every Animal Matters! This will be a donation-based event where all ticket proceeds will be gifted directly to Friends For Life to support their mission of saving all animals - regardless of their breed, age or condition. Founded in 2002, Friends For Life introduced the no-kill shelter model to Houston and opened Houston's first free animal food bank. Houston-grown, they’re here to help our neighbors care for the pets they love by any means. By sponsoring their shelter, you will help to offset costs and enable them to assist more animals in need. It means so much to the animals and our community to know you're walking with us every step of the way. #BeUnsheltered × friends4life.org About the Bus TourEach tour begins with breakfast and networking followed by some words from our strategic partners (lenders, inspectors, general contractors, etc.). We then board the tour bus and travel to a Houston submarket that PIN has identified as “hot.” We typically visit a few properties already owned by PIN members where they give their experience, go over the numbers of the deal, and answer any questions from the group. Our strategic partners assist us by going through the PIN process onsite and help us analyze the investment in real time. After visiting a few properties, we return back to our starting point where lunch is provided and we discuss the visited properties. After lunch, PIN members are given exclusive access to real estate investment opportunities while the non-members will be given an opportunity to further discuss the PIN Network.
